You understand that Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd requires a 50% advance payment at the time of booking and the pending 50% shall be paid 1 week before arrival.
You further agree that Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd refunds in cancelations that are beyond its control or in case of emergencies, therefore you will be issued with credit which you can use later on.
You understand that Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd requires a 15% advance payment before commencement of the wedding event.
You further agree that all payment must be paid before you check out of the hotel or before the event is complete.
You understand that Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd requires a 10% advance payment before the shoot commences.
You further agree that all payments must be paid before you leave the country.
Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd submits that any and all cancelations in circumstances beyond its control will be subject to a 5% deduction. In the event this is not accepted then Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd will not issue a refund.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd grants to you a limited, nonexclusive, personal right to access the services. Except as stated herein, the materials or information on the services may not be modified, altered, copied, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means. Any unauthorized use of any material or information contained on the services may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
By virtue of requesting for the above mentioned services, you agree to pay Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd all the fees as and when required. In addition to that Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd reserves the right to claim for damages in the event you fail to honor your financial obligation.
The services offered by Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd are provided “as is”. Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages, including loss of data or profit, or business interruption, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the services.
You will indemnify and hold Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this terms and conditions. Your violation of any law, or the rights of a third party.
Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Indo Bangkok Co. Ltd and You with respect to Your use of the Service. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
